Advantages:

Тихое место вдали от туристов. Бильярд есть, который входил в стоимость проживания. Мангальная зона неплохая. Wifi.

Disadvantages:

Осы в доме, прям беда. Связь плохая: МТС не ловит совсем, Мегафон так себе, Билайн хорошо. Техника в доме явно уже вся устала. Душевая кабина на последнем издыхании. В доме темно, окна маленькие, освещение плохое. Кровать очень скрипит.
