Хорошая квартира в самом центре города. Удобно добраться в любую точку города. От вокзала ж/д и авто пешком 8 минут.
Водонагреватель, кондиционер.
2+2+1+1.
Диван-софа угловой, 2-спальная кровать, 1-спальная кровать, кушетка 2*0,8, комод, шкаф, кухонный гарнитур, стол, стулья.
Есть хорошее постельное бельё из хлопка, большие полотенца, вся посуда. Всё в достаточном количестве для проживания есть.
Т/бумага, мыло жидкое, твердое, шампунь имеется всегда.
Курить на балконе можно, закрывая двери.

Доплата за животных! Проживание оговаривается отдельно заранее, заселяем не всех животных, читать внимательно.

Отчетные документы предоставляем, оплата на расчетный счет.
