Advantages:

Квартира очень уютная, во дворе детская площадка, есть места на парковке, много магазинов и есть рядом кафе "Сковородница", там вкусно можно поесть.

Disadvantages:

Единственное неудобство - были с 2 детьми, а пододеяльник был 1.
