Квартира в спальном районе, чистая, уютная, есть всё для комфортного проживания, очень теплая.

Квартира находится недалеко от ж/д и автовокзала, транспортная развязка в четырёх направлениях, есть детская площадка во дворе, проезд свободный, на парковке всегда есть место.

В квартире есть всё: фен, утюг, холодильник, стиральная машина, тостер, чайник, микроволновка, часы, торшер, кастрюля, сковорода, вся посуда для 4-х человек, большой стол.

Продуктовый магазин «Монетка» в 50 метрах от подъезда, до центра всего 4 остановки на маршрутке.

С моей стороны лояльное отношение ко всем гостям, из-за разбитой чашки с гостями не ругаюсь, все условия по заселению и проживанию обговариваем заранее.

Заезд после 14:00.
