Advantages:

Все чисто, соответствует фото, квартира ооочень теплая (мы теплолюбивые), в квартире есть домофон (ранее ни в одной квартире трубки не было и это очень не удобно, когда заселяешься не один)

Disadvantages:

На всем протяжении проживания были проблемы с вай-фаем, соответственно и с телевидением. Но тк мы практически только ночевали, то не большая проблема
