Хорошее расположение, дистанционное заселение. Есть вся необходимая посуда, приборы. Присутствует набор полотенец.

Disadvantages:

Мало салфеток, туалетной бумаги. Нет запасных мусорных мешков.

Advantages:

Я не входил даже. Осмотрел с порога. Но на вид вроде чисто. Арендодатель общался культурно, хорошо. Район тоже неплохой. Всё в шаговой доступности. Рядом Лента, Волна. Хорошая транспортная развязка.

Disadvantages:

Заходишь в тамбур, там три межкомнатных двереи. Т.е. если рядом будут снимать люди, то будут слушать друг друга). Меня этот вариант сразу не устроил.
